Shipping policy
Desire Mark shipments are made by our exclusive distributor Siocom Ltd. from its headquarters in EU - Sofia, Bulgaria.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
All domestic orders and shipments will be processed and shipped via Econt or Speedy within 3-5 business days, pending payment authorization and verification.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Desire Mark delivers worldwide.
All international orders will be shipped via DHL Express within 3-5 business days, pending payment authorization and verification. DHL typically takes 3 business days to arrive.
Desire Mark is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED
A signature upon delivery is required on all purchases. If you'd like your package to be released without a signature required, please email Desire Mark at sales@desiremark.com to release your parcel without a signature after placing your order.
TAXES & DUTIES
Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the EU may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from Desire Mark, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Desire Mark.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Please note that the delivery times explained above do not apply to made-to-order or personalized items. Estimated delivery times for custom-made orders are between two and four weeks and are contingent to the acceptance of your order. Delivery times will be calculated from the date on which your order is placed unless otherwise specified.
PACKAGING
Depending on the product purchased, your order will be wrapped or packed in Desire Mark garment bags, boxes or dustbags.
Your order will be shipped in a neutral box to protect your shipment from robbery.
INSURANCE
Desire Mark insures all orders over €200 against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit until it is delivered to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery or make a note when signing for its receipt that you are accepting a damaged box.
